Order Processing and Shipping

Please allow 10–15 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.

Drop-Based Releases

Some Unranked Uniform products may be released through limited drops. Due to high demand, certain orders may take longer to process, especially during new releases or restocks.

We do our best to get every order shipped as quickly as possible, but please allow the full processing window before reaching out about your order status.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout unless a free shipping promotion is active.

If your order qualifies for free shipping, the discount will be applied at checkout or through the promotion connected to your order.

Shipping Delays

Delays may happen due to carrier issues, holidays, high order volume, weather, or other situations outside of our control.

If there is a major delay with your order, we will contact you with an update as soon as possible.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Unranked Uniform is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the package.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Unranked Uniform is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but are lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local carrier, neighbors, household members, or building office first.
