Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy

We have a 30-day refund and exchange policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a refund or exchange.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your request is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@unrankeduniform.com so we can review the issue and make it right.

Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not accept refunds or exchanges for items that have been worn, washed, damaged by the customer, altered, or returned without the original tags and packaging.

We also do not accept refunds or exchanges on final sale items, discounted items, or gift cards.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or item, please contact us at support@unrankeduniform.com. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the item you want is out of stock, we may offer a refund or store credit if your request is approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be sent back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
